Let’s Make Music

Studies show that music education is beneficial to child development as it improves cognitive skills, social behaviour, and emotional stability. Despite this, music education is declining within Ontario schools due to a lack of popularity and funding. The purpose of this project is to introduce an inexpensive, alternative way to ignite children’s interest in learning about music, independently. A series of home-made objects have been created that offer imaginative ways to make music.
